Maintaining Service Quality
Clients receive an intensive service from two owner directors who work jointly on all cases and personally oversee and implement every single aspect of Client Accounts. Nothing whatever is delegated. Service quality to existing Clients will under no circumstances be compromised so new Client numbers are restricted accordingly, with automatic membership accorded only to family and friends of existing Clients.
